FEBRUARY 23rd - TOOTSIE ROLL OPEN
Come celebrate the birth of the Tootsie Roll!
FORMAT: 100% promotion from pools to simple DE's (15 touches, 3 periods).
AWARDS: Medals and Tootsie Rolls (duh) down to tied 3rd places.
EVENT FEES: $20 for the first event $15 for each additional event
at-the-door.
Pre-registered fencers will receive $5.00 off EACH event.

CLOSE OF REGISTRATION TIMES:
Women may fence the Men's events only if they fence the corresponding
Women's event.
Women's and Men's will be combined in the case of fewer than five
competitors in an event
